Orders & Pre-Orders
What does it mean that items are pre-order?
GYMR products are made to order. When you place an order, your item is produced specifically for you. This allows us to maintain quality and minimize waste. Expected fulfillment is 8–12 weeks from your order date.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing orders@gymrnow.com. After 24 hours, production may have begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
What if the minimum order quantity isn't met?
If minimum production quantities are not met, all customers will receive a full refund to their original payment method.
How will I know when my order ships?
You'll receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $8.00 for most items. The Silicone Motivation Wristband ships for $3.99. Orders over $70 qualify for free shipping.
How long does shipping take after my order is fulfilled?
Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Ship returns to: 8420 Greenleaf Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45255.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us immediately at orders@gymrnow.com with a photo of the issue. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no charge to you.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Sizing
How do your shirts and tanks fit?
Our training apparel is designed for an athletic fit. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser feel, we recommend sizing up. Size charts are available on each product page.
